Responsibilities
Help pharmacies across the country stay fully staffed and ready to serve their communities
Build and manage relationships with pharmacy leaders and healthcare professionals
Develop new business through outbound and inbound sales efforts
Manage accounts from initial outreach through placement and ongoing partnership
Solve urgent staffing needs with speed, professionalism, and care
Collaborate closely with recruiting and sales teammates in the office
Track activity, performance, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years of experience in a metric-driven sales role (inside sales, SDR/BDR, staffing, insurance, or equivalent, etc.)
Comfortable working toward quotas, KPIs, and activity metrics
Full-cycle sales ownership, not just lead generation
Confident speaking with decision-makers and negotiating
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, in-office environment
