Responsibilities
Receive on-the-job training in different areas related to the client life cycle (i.e., internal events, onboarding, banking operations and documentation, credit operations, investment platforms, etc.)
Participate in current projects regarding activity reports with different business areas and specialized banking tools, including Credit, Appian Updates, W8s Appian, DocuSign and POs
Learn about the client life cycle for cross-regional initiatives
Support bankers and the Client Service team in other administrative functions required to manage the client life cycle at Banco Santander International
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree- Required
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team as well as acting autonomously as appropriate
Willing to learn and get hands-on experience
Attention to detail and follow through
Dedication to the team's success
