Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming project and initiative requests, ensuring a streamlined and efficient intake process
Review and assess each request to confirm alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities, enabling the effective allocation of resources
Collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate the feasibility, impact, and urgency of incoming requests to ensure a comprehensive and informed assessment process
Facilitating prioritization meetings with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment on key initiatives and resource allocation
Continuously improving the intake process to enhance both efficiency and transparency, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders
Identifying bottlenecks within workflows and implementing effective solutions to streamline operations
Leverage advanced data analytics skills to extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and similar platforms
Creating dynamic dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization
Acting as a bridge between requestors and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations while providing regular updates to stakeholders on the status of their requests
Generating comprehensive reports on intake metrics, including volume, processing times, and outcomes, while leveraging advanced data analytics skills to interpret trends and patterns
Providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on thorough data analysis to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement in processes
Qualification
