Responsibilities
Lead support, configuration, and troubleshooting across Syteline modules (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, APS, CPQ, Shop-Trac)
Act as a bridge between IT and business teams, translating business needs into technical solutions
Write SQL queries to validate and troubleshoot issues, manage user roles, and build Power BI dashboards for actionable insights
Drive enhancements, participate in UAT testing, and coordinate with external vendors for advanced system support
Qualification
Required
Previous experience with a cloud variant of Syteline (Cloudsuite Industrial / Version 9 above) is required
5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline), ideally in a manufacturing or distribution setting
Skilled in querying ERP tables, troubleshooting incidents, and maintaining data integrity through technical configuration
Adept at engaging business stakeholders and translating technical issues into clear, business-relevant solutions
