Responsibilities

Creates and owns the product roadmap to deliver a steady flow of innovative products, energize existing products, and eliminate/improve underperforming products

Define the product's long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, competitive analysis, and company goals

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to deliver innovation and execute product development

Leads the company in industry knowledge within their respective product lines

Conducts ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify product improvement opportunities and leads product enhancement initiatives to maintain competitive offerings

Actively collects and incorporates insights from internal teams and external channels, including online reviews, return data, social media, customer care, and quality control to drive continuous product enhancements and ensure offerings meet the highest standards

Continually strives to reduce complexity within the product portfolio

Required

Ability to make good decisions even when information is limited

Ability to communicate and understand information and ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing

Highly organized, detailed planner with a proven record of execution/results
