Technical Recruiter

PTS Advance is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to play a critical role in the growth of their Engineering and Information Technology teams. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, managing the hiring process from intake through onboarding in a fast-paced environment, and partnering closely with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and IT roles, from job intake through offer and onboarding
Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
Build strong relationships with hiring managers using a consultative and sales-oriented approach
Recruit for highly technical roles including: Mechanical, Electrical, and Firmware Engineers
Project Management and Product Management positions
Support business needs by defining and building talent programs aligned to company goals
Leverage data, metrics, and hiring trends to drive recruiting decisions and results
Handle high-volume recruiting while prioritizing multiple requisitions and initiatives
Share knowledge, best practices, and innovative ideas within the Talent Acquisition and HR teams
Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to deliver increased value to internal customers
Demonstrate strong ownership, ethics, and accountability in all aspects of your work

Required

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a regional or national level (corporate environment preferred)
Previous recruiting experience supporting manufacturing organizations
Comfort managing a high requisition load and multiple hiring initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and present recruiting data
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transformative growth environment
Highly organized, self-directed, and skilled at prioritizing work
Bachelor's degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related discipline

Preferred

Experience recruiting technical Engineering and IT roles
Prior agency recruiting experience is a strong plus
