Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of chatbot and conversational AI solutions
Own the chatbot roadmap and align it with customer support and product goals
Partner with Support, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
Integrate chatbot functionality with existing help desk systems and knowledge bases
Define KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously improve accuracy and adoption
Evaluate AI platforms, tools, and vendors; manage implementation timelines
Establish best practices, governance, and future scaling strategy
Qualification
Required
Experience building or managing chatbot or conversational AI solutions
Strong understanding of customer support workflows and SaaS environments
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Comfortable leading a new function with high ownership and visibility
Preferred
Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or NLP solutions
