Develop and own strategies for consistently winning new upmarket business, creating repeatable methods for identifying, engaging, and converting high-value prospects
Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, aligning prospect needs and business goals to Victorious solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, services, and leadership to ensure alignment between new business strategy, long-term vision, and operational execution
Continuously refine outreach, qualification, and consultative processes to improve conversion and efficiency
Represent Victorious with credibility and confidence in discussions with senior stakeholders at enterprise and mid-market brands
Qualification
Required
Experience in consultative sales approach
Ability to develop and own strategies for winning new upmarket business
Experience in serving as a trusted advisor to prospective customers
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, services, and leadership
Experience in refining outreach, qualification, and consultative processes
Ability to represent the company with credibility and confidence in discussions with senior stakeholders
Achieves new business sales targets
Operates as a high-performing individual contributor
Self-sufficient in managing inbound leads and sourcing outbound opportunities
Demonstrates strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
Conveys a deep understanding of SEO's strategic value within digital marketing
Proven ability to sell complex services
Creates and/or facilitates structure, momentum, and outcomes through independent action and collaborative work
