Responsibilities
Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing systems and equipment
Demonstrate strong problem problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines
Maintain communication with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met
Take initiative and show a willingness to learn and take in new challenges
Adhere to project deadlines and deliver high-quality work
Perform tasks to completion semi-independently after receiving technical direction
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering program or related discipline at an accredited University
Experience with the SolidWorks software suite
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Completion of sophomore-level engineering curriculum
Must be self-motivated with the desire to learn and perform diverse work
Must work well with others and be able to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions
Average physical mobility to move around an office and lab environment
Preferred
Completion of junior-level engineering curriculum
