Regional Sales Manager
Find Great People (FGP) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across several states. The successful candidate will manage an established territory, maintain relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and key clients through consistent communication and regular site visits
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, track activities, and report on performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Proven outside sales experience, preferably in wholesale distribution, construction, tooling, or electrical industries
Strong knowledge of selling directly and through distribution channels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Must reside within the designated territory
