Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries related to products and solutions
Visit project sites and present product offerings
Manage client relationships and offer training and guidance to clients
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and support growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Field Service and Sales experience, with the ability to promote products and services effectively
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
Experience in providing Training and guidance to both teams and customers
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel locally for on-site visits
Preferred
Previous experience in architectural or design products is a plus
