Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of voice AI projects, from early prototypes to production systems used by enterprise customers
Embed with customer teams to design, build, and deploy production-ready voice + LLM solutions
Become a go-to expert in LLM prompting and voice agent design, helping customers unlock real value
Build full-stack integrations using Python, JavaScript/Node.js with enterprise tools (CRMs, ERPs, scheduling systems, internal platforms)
Partner closely with sales and leadership to gather requirements, prototype demos, and present system designs
Own scope, timelines, risks, and blockers — communicating clearly and proactively
Turn repeatable customer patterns into reusable tools, frameworks, or platform components
Feed real-world customer insights back into product and GTM strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with strong production-grade backend skills
Proven experience in customer-facing engineering roles (Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Founding Engineer, ex-founder, or similar)
Strong hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/Node.js, React, and AWS
Deep understanding of distributed systems, reliability, and scaling in production
Experience building or integrating LLM-powered applications (voice or conversational AI a strong plus)
Startup mindset with high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and strong communication skills
Track record of staying and growing with teams (not frequent short stints)
