Evaluation & Learning Analyst
I Know I Can (IKIC) is a non-profit college access organization established in 1988 whose mission is to inspire, enable and support Central Ohio students as they pursue and complete a college education. The Evaluation & Learning Analyst plays a pivotal role in helping IKIC understand what works and why by leading evaluation and research activities, turning data into insights that improve programming and strategy across the organization.
Responsibilities
Implement key components of IKIC’s annual evaluation and learning plan
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess program effectiveness
Develop accessible reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings
Conduct background research to inform program design and strategic decisions
Identify trends, patterns, and student needs using multiple data sources
Contribute to trend forecasting or early warning indicators that support planning
Recommend improvements to IKIC’s evaluation processes and data infrastructure
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Microsoft Office (Required)
Proficiency in statistical analysis, e.g., SPSS, R, or SAS (Required)
Preferred
Master's degree in education, public policy, data analytics, or a related field (Preferred)
Strong qualitative research skills (Preferred)
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs (Preferred)
