Responsibilities

Overseeing the development and maintenance of the office's Standard Operating Procedures and Governance Documents
Coordinating the transition and implementation of the DCS System Lifecycle Business Model
Managing the central information repositories for various business functions and developing strategic level reporting metrics
Managing financial resources, and workforce to support C5I system lifecycle management
Managing performance support and improvement processes that directly improves workforce performance and accelerates impactful results

Required

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be registered or exempt from the Selective Service
A one-year probationary period may be required

This position requires a Secret clearance
Specialized experience must include developing and overseeing project management methods/concepts
Specialized experience must include developing strategic implementation/communications plans

Specialized experience must include managing a program's budget and financial costs
Specialized experience must include evaluating workforce readiness and mitigating risks
Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level
Mandatory training is required which must be successfully completed and other training may occur as necessary for success in the position
Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers Level I (FAC P/PM-I) or management determined equivalent within two years of entry into the position
