Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight of all programmatic and clinical operations to ensure compliance with applicable funder regulations, agency policies, and best practices in supportive housing
Provide documented supervision and professional development to Housing Case Managers and related program staff
Supervision: Documented weekly supervisions with direct reports
Compliance: 100% of assessments, reassessments, and service plans reviewed and approved within 14 days
Budget Adherence: Staying within budget while maintaining service quality; effectively manage staff scheduling and coverage
Qualification
Required
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Preferred
Additional credentials (CASAC, bilingual proficiency, etc…) may be preferred based on program needs
