Responsibilities

Design and develop integrations and custom applications across Workday HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain using Extend, Studio, and APIs

Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and plan system improvements

Build secure, scalable, and reliable data flows between Workday and external systems

Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data issues across the ERP ecosystem

Define and maintain integration architecture, standards, and best practices

Lead technical design decisions and act as a subject matter expert for Workday integrations and custom solutions

Guide long-term ERP technical strategy and innovation aligned to business goals

Support testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing optimization of solutions
