Responsibilities

Manage Marketing Ops Requests: Oversee incoming tickets, troubleshoot issues, and identify trends for process improvement

Support Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, events, and paid media

Ensure Data Quality: Develop and maintain processes to improve accuracy and completeness of prospect and customer data in CRM systems

Monitor Lead Flow: Resolve routing issues, maintain database integrity, and uphold SLAs for timely prospect engagement

Assist with Reporting & Analytics: Help create reports and analyze data to drive better decision-making and campaign performance

Perform Data Enrichment: Use third-party sources to enhance lead and contact data, recommending improvements for business impact

Process Lists: Prepare and upload tradeshow, partner, and webinar lists into CRM with accurate statuses and field values

Support Infrastructure: Participate in testing and implementing new tools, features, and process enhancements within marketing operations

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2+ years in marketing operations, analytics, sales operations, or related roles

Ability to document workflows and follow established operational procedures
