Responsibilities

With an operational efficiency mindset, playing a key role in driving global initiatives to streamline currently in-place process and/or to support business development
Producing and distributing platform KPIs, internal materials as well as business-critical presentations
Managing various recurring reporting for senior leadership and internal GS stakeholders
Maintaining various key procedures, controls and risk assessments
Ensuring accuracy and consistency of data in internal systems leveraged for various leadership reporting
Recruiting and retaining talent by driving campus / lateral recruiting process and managing resource allocation within business to align with divisional target and business strategy
Overseeing floor administration, entitlement requests, expense approvals

Required

Bachelor's degree
0-2 years of prior work experience in a relevant field
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate to form independent judgments
Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information
