Responsibilities

Lead and execute manufacturing improvement projects to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets

Provide technical support for daily operations, including troubleshooting and optimizing CNC machinery

Identify, evaluate, and implement new equipment, processes, and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity

Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on project planning and execution

Serve as a Lean Manufacturing Champion by driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading problem-solving teams

Maintain accurate documentation and performance data in SharePoint and other systems

Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Support training and knowledge sharing for new processes and technologies

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 2+ years of related experience, OR

Associate degree with 6+ years of experience, OR

10+ years of relevant experience without a degree

Lean Manufacturing experience

CNC programming and operation

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent attention to detail

Effective communication with internal teams and external partners

Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work

Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment

Self-motivated with strong initiative

Dependable and cooperative team player

Maintains professionalism and composure under pressure
