Responsibilities

Analyze end-to-end complaint data to identify trends, recurring issues, and process bottlenecks

Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational and leadership decision-making

Develop advanced Excel models, pivot tables, and analytical tools to support daily and weekly reporting needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Customer Experience, Compliance, etc.) to understand complaint drivers and recommend corrective actions

Monitor KPIs related to complaint resolution, turnaround time, and quality metrics

Prepare clear, actionable summaries, visualizations, and insights for presentations and business reviews

Support ongoing improvements to the complaint handling workflow, including documentation updates and data quality checks

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data used for reporting

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

2–4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role

Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, dashboards, data modeling) and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
