Responsibilities
Architect and deliver scalable, secure solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical designs
Lead the design and development of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams
Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft services and third-party systems
Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and development standards
Perform code reviews and enforce best practices, performance, and governance standards
Stay current with new features, updates, and best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
5+ years of hands-on experience designing and architecting solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud integrations
Experience working with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft technologies
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
