Responsibilities
Design and implement an AIOps framework using AWS AI technologies to automate and enhance network operations
Integrate machine learning models to predict network outages and optimize performance
Develop scalable and reliable AWS cloud architecture that supports AIOps initiatives
Incorporate Amazon Bedrock for foundational AI models and Amazon Neptune for graph database solutions
Utilize Amazon GNN for graph neural network applications in network topologies
Implement AWS AI agentic layers and frameworks to facilitate autonomous decision-making processes within network operations
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, data scientists, and operations, to implement AIOps solutions
Lead technical discussions and workshops to drive AIOps adoption
Evaluate and incorporate AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Rekognition, and Comprehend into network operations
Leverage AWS's ANO capabilities to automate network monitoring and management
Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the AIOps framework
Stay updated with AWS's latest offerings and advancements in AI and network technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on AWS
Proven experience in implementing AI/ML solutions in a telecom environment
Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, CloudFormation, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Neptune, and Amazon GNN
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools, including agentic AI frameworks
Familiarity with telecom network technologies and protocols
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or similar certification
Experience with DevOps practices and tools
Knowledge of network automation tools and frameworks
