Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation frameworks and scripts for testing, data processing, and system validation
Automate test cases for automotive software, ECUs, embedded systems, or vehicle networks
Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineers to define automation requirements
Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
Support automation of manufacturing, diagnostics, or validation processes
Debug and troubleshoot automation scripts and system issues
Ensure compliance with automotive quality and safety standards (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 26262, as applicable)

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Python development and automation
Proven experience in the automotive domain
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation best practices
Experience working with embedded systems or vehicle software
Familiarity with CAN, LIN, FlexRay, or Ethernet vehicle networks
Experience with test tools, simulators, or hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with PyTest, Robot Framework, or similar automation frameworks
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Exposure to ADAS, infotainment, powertrain, or autonomous systems
Experience with Linux-based environments
Familiarity with cloud platforms or data analytics tools
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
