Responsibilities

Own the analytics stack from data modeling in Snowflake through to dashboards and reporting in Metabase
Design and maintain high quality data models that power trusted, scalable analytics
Lead the migration away from legacy BI tools and establish a single source of truth
Build self service dashboards for Finance, GTM, RevOps, and Product stakeholders
Partner with business leaders to translate questions into durable analytics solutions
Proactively surface insights that influence planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions
Improve data quality, consistency, and usability across the analytics layer
Define analytics standards, tooling, and best practices as the function evolves
Support the transition toward predictive and forward-looking analytics over time

Required

5–7+ years of experience in analytics engineering, analytics, or data analysis
Advanced SQL skills with hands on experience in Snowflake
Strong experience building dashboards in Metabase
Proven ability to own data models and analytics foundations end to end
Experience working cross functionally with Finance, Sales, GTM, RevOps, and Product
Comfort operating independently and taking full ownership of analytics domains
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with non technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with dbt, forecasting, experimentation, or predictive analytics is a plus
Interest in modern data tooling and AI enabled analytics
