Mid LevelBayforce is seeking a Workiva Configuration Specialist to support the setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the Workiva platform. This role will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure Workiva solutions are aligned with reporting, compliance, and process requirements.

Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Workiva solutions to support financial and regulatory reporting needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations
Support integrations, data mappings, and process improvements within Workiva
Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide user support as needed
Assist with testing, documentation, and change management activities
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience configuring Workiva
Strong understanding of financial reporting and/or compliance processes
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with business users
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred
Remote with travel as needed to NY
