Accounts Receivable Specialist
LHH has partnered with a Consumer Goods company in Wayne PA, in their search for an Accounts Receivable/Deductions Specialist. This role involves resolving customer deduction issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial management.
Responsibilities
Research, analyze, and resolve customer deduction issues in partnership with cross‑functional teams
Review, classify, and accurately allocate trade deductions across customers, categories, and events
Reconcile trade spend activity to ensure accuracy and alignment
Investigate unplanned or invalid charges and provide clear, timely communication to sales leadership
Serve as the primary point of contact for all deduction‑related inquiries
Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to drive resolution of trade and deduction matters
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in collection/deduction management, accounting, or related financial roles
Intellectual Curiosity: Engages in continuous learning and critical thinking
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Driven by a proactive, resourceful approach to challenges
Adaptability: Flexible and self-aware, with a strong motivation for self-improvement
