Responsibilities
Lead and support financial and operational due diligence engagements related to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and management buyouts
Work directly with client leadership teams through meetings and site visits to gather and evaluate critical financial and operational information
Prepare and review detailed financial analyses to support transaction decisions and financing requirements
Develop, assess, and review financial forecasts and projections
Analyze historical and pro forma financial statements to assess performance sustainability
Assist with proposals, engagement letters, and overall engagement management
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
CPA designation required
Minimum of five years' experience in audit, consulting, and/or transaction advisory
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require
