Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications
Build complex forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows
Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
Design and manage Oracle database schemas, views, and indexes
Implement application security, authentication, and authorization
Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting
Integrate APEX applications with external systems via REST/Web Services
Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, and solution architecture
Support deployments, upgrades, and production issues
Adhere to coding standards, documentation, and version control practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on Oracle APEX expertise
Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Experience with Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c or higher)
Strong understanding of APEX components (Interactive Reports, Forms, Dynamic Actions)
Experience consuming and exposing RESTful web services
Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (SSO, LDAP, OAuth preferred)
Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with Git or other version control tools
Preferred
Experience with Oracle ORDS
Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Background in large-scale or enterprise application development
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
