Responsibilities
Assist with the build, configuration, and documentation of IT infrastructure
Maintain and support IT infrastructure, ensuring adherence to standards and service level objectives
Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure
Analyze and report on performance metrics
Implement and support robust and secure IT solutions
Serve as a technical liaison; support & collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to development & implementation of best practices
Qualification
Required
UNIX/Linux operating systems and utilities, tools and applications used to deploy, configure, document, secure, and maintain systems and applications
At least two of the following: automated build and deployment, automated configuration management, enterprise monitoring systems, containers, and/or Java application servers
Amazon Web Services(AWS) in a production environment
Scripting languages, such as Python, Perl, Bash
General understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures
General understanding of software engineering best practices
Developed analytical, critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
Developed interpersonal, written, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Familiarity with systems analysis methods and techniques
Bachelor's Degree and two years of experience or equivalent education and experience
Preferred
Experience with ITIL or similar IT process management frameworks
Experience and understanding of development tools – (e.g. git, Jenkins, etc…)
Experience working with enterprise monitoring solutions (e.g. AWS Cloudwatch, Dynatrace, NewRelic, etc..)
Experience with application and infrastructure automation – (e.g. Terraform, Ansible(Tower, AAP), etc...)
