Responsibilities

Manage loyalty program: Offer configuration, app design, and performance analyses
Partner with Category Managers to plan and execute loyalty promotions and targeted offers
Monitor SMS usage
Design Loyalty graphics for signage and digital channels
Website Maintenance
Lead digital design initiatives to enhance user experience
Create digital assets to support loyalty efforts across channels
Track KPIs and present actionable insights to leadership
Conduct user testing
Monitor industry trends
Refine loyalty program based on data and research
Manage relationships with vendors and Category managers
Manage websites for both brands, conducting necessary updates as needed
Constantly refine and adapt strategies to maintain relationships with our members
Adhere to the Company’s established policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1+ years of experience across loyalty/CRM, lifecycle or digital marketing, and customer-facing UX/digital experience
Experience with HTML, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with advanced segmentation for targeting
Clear, polished communicator with strong organization and project management skills
Confident cross-functional partner who can align Marketing, Operations, IT/Product, and vendor teams to execute on time
Strong grasp of marketing and customer communication best practices, with the ability to translate insights and purchase behavior into campaigns
