Responsibilities
Professionally represent Maven as an employee and independent contractor
Directly contact and negotiate with active mineral owners
Communicate effectively between the mineral owner and Maven’s internal land team
Work with land team to coordinate deal closings
Manage CRM effectively
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in acquisitions, real estate, land, or consultative sales
Strong communication skills
Negotiation ability
Discipline required to consistently close transactions in a professional investment environment
Effective communicator
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Strong negotiation skills
Comfortable with cold calling
Entrepreneurial and highly motivated
Desire to manage his/her workflow with integrity
Ability to work independently
