Responsibilities
Drive on-time delivery of project documentation and deliverables in alignment with product development and design change processes
Support project teams with planning, scheduling, tracking, and management of project deliverables
Ensure project documentation is complete, consistent, accurate, and compliant with quality system requirements
Coordinate closely with engineering teams to support assigned projects
Interface with cross-functional internal teams and external partners (vendors, consultants) as needed
Support change control activities and documentation within regulated processes
Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables to ensure schedule adherence
Identify risks or gaps and communicate proactively to project stakeholders
Maintain accurate records within EDMS and other project management systems
Adapt to evolving project priorities and process changes as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field with 3+ years of experience
OR Master's degree with 1+ year of experience
Project management or project coordination experience
Hands-on experience with EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems)
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Positive, self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt to changing projects and processes
Preferred
Experience working in a regulated industry
Experience supporting engineering-related projects
Familiarity with product development or design change processes
