Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact for insurance-related needs
Provide exceptional customer service and advice to clients on policy options, renewals, claims, and coverage adjustments
Review and assess client accounts to identify opportunities for coverage enhancements or cost savings
Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
Coordinate with internal teams and insurance carriers to ensure smooth policy administration
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Support new business development and contribute to team goals

Qualification

Insurance industry experienceP&C licenseClient relationship managementApplied EPICMicrosoft Office proficiencyCommunication skillsProblem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail

Required

3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a client-facing or account management role
Strong understanding of various types of insurance (e.g., home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively
P&C license required
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc

Preferred

Experience with Applied EPIC a plus, but not required
