Responsibilities
Lead the development of healthcare products by defining product vision, goals, and roadmaps. Ensure alignment with overall organizational goals, customer needs, and industry trends
Work closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders across large health systems to ensure product requirements are gathered, understood, and prioritized
Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise healthcare product implementations, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and workflows within large healthcare organizations
Utilize knowledge of revenue cycle processes to drive the optimization of product features and capabilities that improve billing, coding, claims management, and reimbursement processes
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the timely delivery of product features and enhancements
Monitor product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and work on continuous improvements through regular updates and feature enhancements
Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to help drive product innovation and ensure offerings remain competitive
Ensure that products adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant industry standards
Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on product functionalities, features, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare products or applications
Significant experience working within large healthcare systems (hospitals, health systems, or healthcare providers)
Proven track record of managing enterprise-level product implementations, preferably in the healthcare sector
Strong background in revenue cycle management, including experience with billing, coding, claims management, and reimbursement processes
Preferred
Master's degree is a plus
