Human Resources Specialist
CS Contract Solutions, LLC. is a leading telecommunications vendor in the United States. The Human Resources Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the HRIS system, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance while enhancing the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities
Initial onboarding of new hires, setting the culture and new hire experience, ensuring the experience is a great first impression
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in the implementation and testing of HRIS upgrades and new features
Generate and analyze reports related to employee data, turnover, and other HR metrics
Respond to HR inquiries regarding HRIS functionality and data issues
Support the HR team in various administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, employee changes and offboarding
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
1-2 years of Human Resources experience
Proven experience in data entry, preferably in an HR setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and pivot, when necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with HRIS software such as Workday, ADP, or SAP
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
