Whiteboard Federal Technologies is an engineer-focused company that specializes in building innovative software and systems to support the U.S. Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense. We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team, focusing on sourcing and recruiting high-quality engineers to meet our technical and mission requirements.

Responsibilities
Source, engage, and recruit high-quality engineers aligned with Whiteboard’s technical, cultural, and mission requirements
Own sourcing and candidate management efforts for cleared technical roles, with an emphasis on passive talent
Conduct resume reviews and phone screens to evaluate technical alignment, clearance context, and candidate motivation
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
Deliver well-qualified candidates for interviews and guide them through the hiring process
Build, maintain, and manage pipelines of cleared technical talent for current and future hiring needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Qualification
Required
Experience recruiting technical talent, preferably in the cleared or government contracting space
Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles
Strong understanding of technical recruiting workflows and candidate lifecycle management
Excellent communication skills (listening, writing, influencing, and follow-up discipline)
Detail-oriented with strong coordination and candidate 'customer service' instincts
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with recruiting teammates and hiring managers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred
2+ years of experience recruiting software engineers, systems engineers, or other highly technical roles
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, GitHub, or similar platforms
Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system
Ability to read, understand, and translate technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies
Experience supporting employer branding
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
