Responsibilities
Support customers taking inbound calls while preparing for a future as the official face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers
Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses
Continue to spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, where you’ll support customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone your skills
Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and will spend time building advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning
Qualification
Required

Flexibility and self-motivation
Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) and an ability to thrive face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and build a career in financial services
Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Successful completion of all exams for SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses
