Marketplace Operations Associate

The Marketplace Operations Associate will support client development and legal talent teams by managing project operations, coordinating vendor onboarding, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Responsibilities
Support request and project operations, including RFP setup, billing, invoicing, and other administrative workflows
Coordinate new project opening in compliance with the individual client requirements; including vendor onboarding, coordinating third-party employer of record onboarding, background checks, and various vendor managed service (VMS) requirements
Coordinates with the finance team on any unique billing/fee arrangements
Ensure records for new legal staffing projects are up to date and reflected in Priori’s internal system
Updates internal guides and records to ensure information is kept up to date regarding onboarding requirements, billing, etc
Act as the point of contact for all project onboarding pieces; coordinating VMS requirements; ensuring timely onboarding is completed by our third-party employer of record, etc. and effectively owning the engagement onboarding process
Active management of ongoing matters through our third-party employer of record by reviewing weekly timesheets, processing approvals, reviewing upcoming engagement conclusions, etc
Review and respond to customer inquiries; received via email, voicemail and through our ticketing system. Coordinate with various stakeholders when needed to facilitate a solution
Submit monthly accruals related to ongoing projects
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in customer service / operations role within the staffing & recruiting industry
Experience in agency recruitment required
Strong Excel/CRM/Database skills including knowledge of how to use formulas and filters
You're proactive, organized and a team player
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience + education
