They are seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Clerk to ensure the smooth flow of shipments, manage inventory in SAP, and maintain high standards of quality and safety in the shipping and receiving department.

Responsibilities

Prepare shipping documentation to include customs declarations and commercial invoice for transmissions and small parts (service and MRO)

Receive incoming shipments into the facility: verify part number, quantity, PO number from shipment documents and package labels

Input goods receipts and shipments into SAP and assist in reconciling discrepancies

Maintain records of all received shipments, all outbound shipments, to include customer returns

Clean, organize and ensure 5S standards are maintained in the Shipping/Receiving Office, assuring a safe and sanitary work area. Report damaged goods and/or shortages

Route goods to the proper departments (rework department, return department, quality lab, etc.)

Facilitate all carrier contact regarding scheduled deliveries and/or pickups

Use dollies, forklifts, and other PIV to transport shipments from loading dock and around warehouse

Required

High school diploma required

0-3+ years' experience in shipping/receiving

Experience with SAP or similar ERP/MRP system

Good Computer Skills in Microsoft products

In-depth knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within shipping and receiving

Basic knowledge of DOT compliance and relevant regulations

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Preferred

Associates degree preferred

2+ years of experience with SAP preferred

Forklift license preferred
