Responsibilities

Lead AI go-to-market readiness by developing frameworks and customer experience strategies
Establish a value-driven storytelling model for Solutions Consulting
Serve as the executive voice for opportunity qualification and deal strategy influence
Build consistent performance rhythms for the Solutions Consulting function
Develop and mentor SC leaders and team members in AI-centric approaches

Qualification

Required

15+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or solution architecture for enterprise SaaS, with at least 10 years in leadership roles
Strong grasp of modern AI technologies and ability to translate them into customer benefits
Proven collaboration skills fostering a culture of shared success and teamwork
Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM and marketing technology integrations
Robust business acumen for building ROI cases and presenting outcomes to executives
Experience in designing complex proofs of concept and reference architectures
Excellent leadership and coaching ability for technical teams
