The role is responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for open positions while ensuring a diverse talent pool and a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities
Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through direct outreach, networking, social media, job boards, and other innovative channels
Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate journey
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the talent acquisition process
Utilize data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes
Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the applicant tracking system
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Three or more years of hands-on recruiting experience
Preferred
Thorough understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including diverse sourcing and selection strategies
Effective project management skills with attention to detail and timelines
Strong networking and talent marketing abilities to engage passive and active candidates
Ability to interpret recruiting data, trends, and metrics to guide decision-making
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proven capability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
