Sales Representative, Corrugated

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing account strategies, and building relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted markets and segments
Develop account strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs
Build and maintain relationships at multiple levels within client organizations
Negotiate contracts and manage long-term agreements
Utilize CRM tools to track pipeline, forecast sales, and report progress
Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Monitor profitability and implement margin improvement plans
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to drive commercial excellence
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in corrugated packaging sales with a focus on new business development
Proven track record of success in hunting and closing new accounts in B2B environments
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
