Responsibilities
Develop and design seasonal ready-to-wear collections aligned with the Aflalo aesthetic
Create silhouettes that reflect the brand’s balance of sensuality, femininity, and modern ease
Collaborate closely with the Founder and design partners throughout the creative process
Research and interpret inspiration drawn from vintage, runway, art, and culture
Participate in fittings and contribute to decisions around proportion, construction, and finish
Support styling direction and creative input for seasonal photoshoots
Qualification
Required
Four to ten years of experience designing ready-to-wear within luxury or directional contemporary fashion
A strong portfolio demonstrating a refined point of view and mastery of silhouette and proportion
Deep understanding of fabric, drape, construction, and elevated detailing
Experience designing across ready-to-wear categories
Thoughtful, collaborative, and comfortable working in a small, fast-moving studio
Driven by craft, intuition, and a desire to build something lasting and culturally relevant
