Responsibilities

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company growth goals
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and industry contacts
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts
Identify key trends in the industry while analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and operations) to align customer needs with capabilities
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients
Report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market insights to leadership

Required

Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering or closely related field
2+ years of experience in business development, project management, or B2B sales in manufacturing
Excellent technical skills with MS Office and other programs as needed
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector for our Acoustics and Insulation products
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company growth goals
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and industry contacts
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, operations and leadership) to align customer needs with capabilities
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients
Report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market insights to senior leadership
Criminal background check (Required)
English (Required)
US work authorization is a must
Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status

Preferred

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma concepts
Prior experience in architectural acoustics panels is a huge plus
