Responsibilities
Handle counter transactions of in-store goods
Handling pre-payments for special order items that are not readily available on sales floor
Stocking shelves when needed
Making sure quotes are done for special order items and ensuring order acknowledgment has been sent to and received by purchasing
Answering phone calls and emails to engage with customers and resolve any issues that may be presented
Problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
High sense of urgency
Must be able to meet deadlines while being self-sufficient in daily tasks
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check
Preferred
Customer Service experience preferred but not required
Bilingual preferred but not required
