Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day process engineering support for commercial aseptic syringe filling lines
Support live production operations, including later-stage batch activities
Optimize line performance, yield, throughput, and reliability
Troubleshoot equipment, process parameters, and operational issues in real time
Partner closely with Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
Maintain a strong on-floor manufacturing presence

Required

10–15+ years of Process Engineering experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing
Extensive hands-on experience with aseptic syringe filling operations
Proven experience supporting and optimizing commercial filling lines
Strong troubleshooting skills in live production environments
Ability to make quick, data-driven decisions under pressure
Comfortable working in fast-paced, decision-driven manufacturing settings

Preferred

OPTIMA syringe filling experience is a strong plus
