Responsibilities
Perform electrical lab bench testing and characterization of hardware systems
Set up test systems, define test methodologies, and document procedures
Review schematics and configure appropriate test setups
Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues independently
Execute hands-on testing related to power systems, switching regulators, and LDOs
Use Linux command-line tools and Python for testing, automation, and data analysis
Document results clearly and communicate findings to cross-functional teams
Operate with a high level of ownership and independence in a lab environment
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of experience in electrical lab bench testing
Strong Linux command-line proficiency
Python experience
Ability to review schematics and define electrical test setups
Knowledge of switching regulators, LDOs, and power systems
Clear written and verbal technical communication skills
Ability to work independently as a self-starter with strong ownership
Must be physically present in the lab for hands-on characterization work
Technical depth equivalent to a highly skilled technician
Bachelor's degree with 3–4 years of relevant experience OR approximately 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Preferred
SSD-related hardware or similar technologies preferred
