Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships
Provide insurance solutions tailored to individual needs
Support customers in understanding their policies
Prospecting and acquiring new clients
Processing policy applications
Assisting with claims management
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Alfa Insurance products and compliance guidelines
Qualification
Required
Customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide excellent client support
Sales and negotiation skills for prospecting and closing new insurance policies
Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage administrative tasks such as policy applications and documentation
Basic understanding of insurance products and a willingness to continuously learn about Alfa's offerings and industry standards
Proficiency in using technology for communication, data entry, and managing insurance-related software
Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
Relevant certifications or licenses for selling insurance (or willingness to obtain required licensing)
Strong ethical standards and commitment to customer advocacy
