Responsibilities
Develop detailed assembly instructions and quality control (QC) procedures
Design and implement production test fixtures
Create effective packaging and retail display solutions
Interface with UL and other regulatory agencies for product compliance
Provide technical support to QC inspectors and resolve manufacturing issues
Collaborate with overseas contract manufacturers to ensure product quality and timely delivery
Qualification
Required
Must be degreed Electrical Engineer – BSEE
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience working with international teams and manufacturers
Experience in consumer electronics product development
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance processes (UL, CE, etc.)
Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) principles
Proven experience designing high-power LED circuits and lithium-ion battery systems
