Revenue and Pricing Specialist

The Revenue and Pricing Specialist will analyze rental pricing to maximize revenue while meeting leasing and occupancy targets, acting as a brand ambassador and supporting neighborhood teams with pricing strategies.

Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize pricing for new leases for all stable and lease-up neighborhoods
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our revenue management system, RevenueIQ
Assist with evaluating and adjusting RevenueIQ parameters on a seasonal and as-needed basis to maximize revenue and manage lease expirations
Participate in and lead pricing calls as needed to review pricing, traffic, and renewals
Provide support to Neighborhood teams regarding pricing and renewals
Research and review market data
Track and manage employee leases, process move-ins and concession changes
Review renewal offers on a monthly basis, recommending adjustments
Add and track upgrade amenities
Enter Loss Leaders into system
Assist with new property setup
Assist with reporting and analysis
All other related duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required

The ability to communicate and interact with employees at all organizational levels
Proven ability to plan, organize and implement multiple tasks/projects on a concurrent, real-time basis
HS Diploma
